Preliminary indications suggest there are chances of scattered rain in the country during the coming weekend, the Qatar Met department tweeted Monday.
Today, strong winds and high seas are expected in offshore areas along with slight dust and some clouds. The wind speed may go up to 25 knots in these areas, with the sea level rising to 9ft. Inshore, it will be hazy in the early hours of the day, followed by mild daytime conditions with slight dust at times, scattered clouds and a cold night. The temperature in Doha is expected to range from 17-25C today; yesterday, it was 20-26C.
