A trainer airplane crashed at an airport in Indonesia's Central Java province on Tuesday, killing its pilot, according to media reports.
The pilot lost control of the Super Decathlon plane and crashed into a hangar during an aerobatic flight at Tunggul Wulung airport in Cilacap district, airport official Denny Ariyanto told the state-run Antara news agency.
The pilot, an Indonesian Air Force member who served as a flight instructor at the Ganesha flight school, died on the scene, according to the report.
