The Cultural Village Foundation (Katara) received Friday a large number of visitors of different age groups and nationalities to celebrate Eid al-Fitr holidays. The festivities will continue for three more days.
Eid al-Fitr holidays for ministries, government entities and public institutions will start Wednesday (June 13) and end on Thursday, June 21, according to an announcement made by the Amiri Diwan on Monday. Employees will resume work on Sunday, June 24.
Banks and other financial institutions governed by Qatar Central Bank will have three working days as Eid al-Fitr holiday, QCB said in a circular on Monday.
