There are plans to open Qatar Visa Centres (QVCs) in two more countries, an official has said.

The Ministry of Interior (MoI) has opened all seven Qatar Visa Centres (QVC) in Indian cities, as had been previously announced.

The Visa Support Services Department at the General Directorate of Passports, Ministry of Interior (MoI), has held a seminar for semi-government companies to introduce work visa procedures through Qatar Visa Centres (QVCs) located abroad.

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) is hosting a series of events and activities at its pavilion in Darb Al Saai as part of Qatar’s National Day celebrations, which continue until December 20.

Qatar has inaugurated two visa centres in Bangladesh, one in Dhaka and the other in Sylhet, as part of the state's efforts to facilitate and streamline procedures for bringing in expatriate workforce.
