Turkey has discussed with Russia bringing the first phase of the Akkuyu nuclear plant online before 2023, Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim said on Tuesday.
In a joint news conference with Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev while on an official visit to Moscow, Yildirim also said the two had discussed practical measures to boost trade volume with Russia.
