QC aid amounted to QR42.8mn last year
The partnership between the Qatar Charity (QC) and United Nations agencies has witnessed continuous growth, whether in terms of the size of this co-operation or the diversity of its areas or the number of beneficiaries worldwide in the areas of relief and development. The QC said in a report that the total value of this co-operation amounted to more than QR42.8mn last year, while the number of beneficiaries reached more than 6mn in eight countries including Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Somalia, Lebanon, Niger, Myanmar, Bangladesh and the Sudan.
