HE Sheikh Thani bin Hamad al-Thani honoured the second generation of social entrepreneurs for Sama Nama programme, part of the Social Development Centre Nama.
Those honoured had won in youth projects and initiatives to contribute to the development of society. Held at the Qatar National Convention Centre, the ceremony showed film about the stages of the programme and its objectives and contributions to develop the abilities of young people and invest their energies through activities appropriate to their age and motivate them to compete positively to serve the community.
It was followed by a presentation of the achievements of the participants in the programme and the skills and practical experience gained through the training activities developed with the support and guidance of Nama. The ceremony was attended by sheikhs, senior officials and guests.
