Wind inshore will be southeasterly at a speed of 5 to 15 knots.
Offshore, it will be southeasterly at a speed of 5 to 15 knots gusting to 18 knots to the north at times.
Visibility will be 4 to 8 kilometers or 3 kilometers or less at places at times.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 feet surging to 4 feet at times. Offshore, it will be 2 to 4 feet surging to 5 feet to the north at times.
