Doha
Aspire Zone Foundation (AZF) has announced that for reasons of safety, parking spaces in Aspire Zone will be closed to the public from early morning Tuesday on the occasion of the National Sport Day.
This is to ensure that visitors can move around the park easily and in-between venues without having to worry about any risks posed by moving vehicles.
Instead, visitors to Aspire Zone can park their vehicles in the parking areas near Villaggio Mall, Al Furousiya Street or in the area near Aspetar Hospital. Shuttle buses will be provided to pick up visitors from Aspire’s Ladies hall starting from 7am, and drop them off near Football Pitch 10.
And to safeguard the health and safety of all visitors to Aspire Zone, AZF is establishing a number of first aid checkpoints across its precinct at which ambulances and trained first aiders will be stationed. Visitors to Aspire can use a number of portable toilet facilities which are distributed across Aspire Park. AZF is offering a full-day programme.
