Aspire Zone Foundation (AZF) has signed a partnership agreement with Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Co, the exclusive agent for Nissan, Infiniti, and Renault in Qatar, under which the latter agreed to support two community events and wider CSR activity on cancer awareness in 2019.
The pact was signed by AZF CEO Mohamed Khalifa al-Suwaidi, and Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Co chairman and managing director Hisham Saleh al-Mana.
Also present were dignitaries including Aspire Logistics director general Abdulla Nasser al-Naemi, AZF chief marketing officer Mohamed Mubarak al-Kuwari, PR and communications director Nasser Abdulla al-Hajri, marketing director Azzam al-Mannai, Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Group public relations head Abdullah al-Amir, senior administration manager Hussein Wehbe, general manager – automotive Martin Aherne, and marketing manager – Nissan Omar El Mohtadi.
The partnership agreement will cement the long-standing collaboration for the third year in a row between the two parties and will provide a framework for supporting future events, according to a statement.
Commenting on the partnership pact, al-Suwaidi said: “The wide range of socially-focused work we undertake with our partners reflects the importance of partnerships between the public and private sectors in Qatar.
“The agreement we signed with Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana will provide a broad new framework for further co-operation and will enable us to attract more participants and expand our CSR programmes further.
“This is an exciting milestone in our long-standing relationship.”
Al-Mana said: “We are proud to sponsor Aspire’s events for a third year in a row as part of our group’s core values in promoting healthy living through sports. Supporting CSR initiatives is also a very important aspect we are fully involved in as a way of giving back and engaging with our community in topics that affect the lives of Qataris and expats alike.

Aspire Zone has a unique and diverse CSR programme that aims to maintain a healthy and sustainable lifestyle for future generations through community initiatives ranging from energy conservation initiatives to empowerment programmes for people with special needs.
