Qatar Petroleum has joined other major oil and gas companies taking part in the 19th International Conference & Exhibition on Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG 2019) in Shanghai, China. 
The conference and exhibition is considered as the premier event for the world’s LNG industry, which features the largest number of high-level LNG industry leaders as plenary speakers. 
The four-day event is organised by the International Gas Union, the Gas Technology Institute, and the International Institute of Refrigeration. 
Qatar Petroleum’s exhibition stand showcases its achievements and international footprint, along with those of Qatargas, Ocean LNG, and Nakilat.
Qatar Petroleum is one of the principal sponsors of this year’s event, which is held with the participation of more than 240 speakers and 11,000 attendees, and 250 exhibitors from 80 countries. 
The International Conference & Exhibition on Liquefied Natural Gas is held every three years alternating between exporting and importing countries.
