PM chairs Cabinet’s regular meeting

HE the Prime Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani chaired the Cabinet’s regular meeting held yesterday morning at the Amiri Diwan.
Following the meeting, HE the Minister of Justice and Acting Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Dr Issa Saad al-Jafali al-Nuaimi stated that the Cabinet reviewed topics on its meeting’s agenda as following:
Taking the necessary measures to issue a draft law on attestation, after it reviewed the recommendation of the Shura Council thereon; 
Approving Draft Amiri Decision abolishing Amiri Decision No 14 of 2002 establishing steering committee of the Hamad International Airport Expansion Project;  
Approving Interior Minister’s Draft Decision specifying implementation mechanism of Law No 24 of 2017 on National Address.
The preparation of the draft decision comes within the framework of completing the necessary decisions to activate the provisions of referred to Law No 24 for the year 2017; 
Approving a draft memorandum of understanding for co-operation in the field of Islamic Affairs and Endowments between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the State of Kuwait.
The Cabinet reviewed the following topics and took the appropriate decisions:
1- Letter from the Ministry of Transport and Communications regarding a report on the committee for co-ordination between the bodies operating at Hamad International Airport during the period from 1st October 2018 to 31st March 2019.
2.Memorandum of HE the Minister of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs on the outcome of the 16th meeting of Ministers and Heads of Civil Service and Administrative Development in the GCC States (Muscat — April 2019).
3. Memorandum of HE the Minister of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs on the outcome of the 63rd session of the Commission on the Status of Women of the United Nations Economic and Social Council (New York — March 2019).
