The Ministry of Commerce and Industry, in co-operation with Video Home and Electronic Centre W.L.L, dealer of LG in Qatar, announces the recall of LG TV: OLED65E6 model of 2016, OLED65B7, OLED65C7, OLED65E7, and OLED65W7 model of 2017 over the TV may overheat causing certain damage to the power board or the back cover, which may prevent the normal operation of the TV.

The recall campaign comes within the framework of the Ministry’s continuous efforts to protect consumers and ensure that dealers follow up on defects and repairs.

The Ministry said that it will co-ordinate with the dealer to follow up on the maintenance and repair works and will communicate with customers to ensure that they carried out the necessary repairs.
